Colt U.S. Cavalry Single Action Army Revolver with Kopec Letter
Manufactured in 1874. The Kopec letter confirms the revolver's original configuration. Kopec also observed that the sides of the hammer show a contour which follows the curvature of the recoil shield; he had never observed this phenomenon before.
